Weboverlays provides industrial metallurgy services including hot-dip galvanizing of structural steel beams, precision protective plating for fasteners, and anti-corrosion audits for metal plates. All services are performed in accordance with applicable ASTM, ISO, or client-specified standards. No software, digital marketing, or website development services are offered under this platform.
The client must provide accurate specifications, material certificates, and access to inspection sites. Any deviation from agreed parameters must be communicated in writing before production begins. The client is responsible for verifying that the substrate material is suitable for the requested treatment.
Weboverlays' liability is limited to the value of the specific service order. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of production, or corrosion failures caused by improper handling, storage, or environmental conditions after delivery. Claims must be filed within 14 days of receipt of goods or completion of on-site audit.
All audit reports, inspection data, and process documentation remain the property of Weboverlays unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client may use the deliverables for internal compliance and maintenance planning. Redistribution or publication of proprietary process details is prohibited without prior consent.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Weboverlays reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 60 days or if the client fails to provide safe working conditions for on-site audits. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the effective date.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the registered contact.
