Definitions, disclaimers, and conditions that govern our industrial services and remove ambiguous interpretations.
All hot-dip galvanizing, protective plating, and anti-corrosion audits are performed exclusively on industrial metal substrates. We do not process aluminum, stainless steel, or non-ferrous alloys unless explicitly agreed in writing. Coating thickness tolerances follow ASTM A123, ASTM B633, or ISO 1461 as specified in the work order. Any deviation from these standards must be requested prior to production.
Final acceptance of coated or plated parts is based on visual inspection, magnetic thickness measurement, and adhesion testing per the applicable standard. Surface imperfections such as minor roughness, drip marks, or color variation in passivation do not constitute rejection unless they compromise corrosion protection. Customer must notify us of any non-conformance within 10 business days of delivery.
Our processes comply with local environmental regulations for wastewater, fumes, and solid waste. We do not accept parts contaminated with oil, grease, paint, or non-metallic coatings without prior cleaning approval. Customer is responsible for proper handling and storage after delivery; exposure to chlorides, sulfides, or extreme humidity may void corrosion warranties.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We warrant that coatings and plating meet the specified thickness and adhesion at the time of shipment. No warranty is given against corrosion caused by mechanical damage, chemical attack, or improper installation. Audit reports reflect conditions observed during inspection and do not guarantee future performance.
Submit your project details for hot-dip galvanizing, protective plating, or anti-corrosion audit. Our engineering team reviews each request within 24 hours and prepares a technical proposal with coating specifications, inspection criteria, and estimated timeline.
