A straightforward engineering workflow for every project.
Send us your part drawings, material specs, and required coating standards. We confirm feasibility within 48 hours.
Our metallurgists review substrate condition, geometry constraints, and select the appropriate pretreatment and coating cycle.
Parts go through cleaning, surface activation, coating application, and passivation. In-line thickness and adhesion tests are performed.
A detailed report with coating thickness readings, salt spray results, and visual documentation is prepared for each batch.
Finished parts are packed with anti-abrasion separators and dispatched with traceable shipping documentation.
We provide coating performance data and are available for on-site re-inspection or corrosion audit within the warranty period.
Real outcomes from industrial metallurgy and surface treatment projects.
"The hot-dip galvanizing on our 12-meter bridge beams was uniform with no bare edges. Coating thickness came in at 105 µm across all samples. The magnetic gauge readings matched the lab report exactly."
Structural Steel Supervisor
Bridge girder project, 2024
"We sent M20 bolts for zinc-nickel plating. After 800 hours of salt spray, no red rust appeared. The trivalent passivation held up better than our previous hexavalent batch. Thread fit remained within tolerance."

Mining equipment assembly line
"The anti-corrosion audit found three coating delamination zones on our storage tank plates. Cross-section microscopy revealed chloride contamination under the epoxy. The remediation plan saved us from a full replacement."

Applied engineering services for structural steel, fasteners, and metal plate protection.
Structural steel beams, columns, trusses
Zinc coating thickness 85–120 µm per ASTM A123. Bath chemistry optimized for low dross and maximum adhesion. Magnetic gauge verification on every batch.
Zinc-nickel alloy for fasteners
Alkaline zinc-nickel (12–18% Ni) applied to M6–M30 bolts, nuts, and washers. Trivalent chromate passivation included. Salt spray resistance exceeds 720 h to red rust.
On-site & lab analysis for metal plates
Visual inspection, coating thickness measurement, adhesion testing, and cross-section microscopy for tanks, vessels, and bridge plates.
